To avoid theft of the NUA case, there is an anti-theft alarm to draw attention to unwanted interference
Even though it may trail behind you, travellers can always be sure of its location, as the case connects to a smartphone app via Bluetooth.
If all this wasn't good enough, there is even the option to charge electronic devices on the go.

The company envisage that in the future the technology could be used for a wide variety of scenarios, including carrying customers' supermarket shopping.
While the smart case is not currently available, designers hope the luggage could be on the market in a year.
Alex Libman, co-founder and CEO of NUA Robotics, told Mashable. 'We want to bring robots into everyday life.'
