Concerned fans reached out to Holly Hagan on Thursday morning after she posted a picture with a visibly fuller pout.
The Geordie Shore star was bombarded with questions about her lips with some commenters suggesting that she had artificially altered her appearance.
Holly's Instagram - which attracts 2.6m followers - was updated with a new close up selfie, which prompted some to suggest she was 'spoiling [her]self' since the blonde-haired and blue-eyed snap made her almost beyond recognition.

One confused follower said: 'What's wrong with your lips?' while another added, 'what has she done?!!' when the filtered picture appeared.
Holly was drawing attention to her 'flick on fleek' meaning that she was proud of her black winged eyeliner when she posed in full make-up and contact lenses.
But some users were more distracted by her lips, with some accusing her of having more cosmetic surgery. One of the posts read: 'Look how far holly has gone with her lips now'.
Another commented: 'When fillers gon waaayyyy to far' while a further comment cruelly read, 'Plastic girl' as if to suggest that Holly had surgically enhanced her pout for a second time.

While others were more sympathetic and followed up with direct pleas for Holly to stop altering her image by saying: 'I love you but your spoiling yourself now,' while another added, 'You were so beautiful...'
In January, she toldThe Daily Star that she was 'quite happy' with her appearance and that in terms of surgery, there was 'nothing [she] really want[ed] at the minute,' explaining that it's OK, 'as long as you're just doing little bits.'
On her previous work, Holly explained: 'I mean obviously I get a little bit of Botox in my forehead, because when I cry on camera my eyebrows tend to look like sperms.

'So getting Botox stops that a little bit, so that's why I get that. There's always a reason behind anything I do.'
She has previously talked about having two breast operations, explaining that she needed an uplift when she lost weight.
Holly first had surgery on her lips in May 2014 when she was injected with hyaluronic acid filler after seeing the results that Geordie Shore pal Charlotte Crosby had with Dr Esho.
The brunette told OK! magazine: 'Charlotte's new lips are amazing and the look is so natural.

'I've thought about having this procedure done for a while, but didn't want to pay £75 to go to someone's house for a trout pout.
'When I saw Charlotte's results, I knew I would be in safe hands with Dr Esho and booked in straight away.
Though Holly hasn't left her lips alone and was forced to deny having more fillers in February 2015, explaining that she'd been using a hand-operated suction device called Candylipz Lip Plumpers to make her pout appear fuller.
She told Instagram followers: 'I haven't had lip fillers for around nine months. Although my lips are naturally big this new #candylipz plumps them up massively!! Couldn't recommend this product enough!'
