One very greedy chipmunk was photographed stuffing her chops with monkey nuts - but she appeared to have bitten off a little more than she could chew.
The hungry striped rodent, called Mimi, found the tasty treats in Port Credit, Ontario, Canada and immediately attempted to consume them.
She tried to extract the peanut from inside, but as the pictures show, struggled to make even a dent in the oversized meal.

The images were captured by photographer Phyllis Keating, who spotted Mimi feasting with her male rodent friend Alvin.
The 57-year-old, who took the pictures in her hometown, said she had to remain quiet so that the tiny creatures wouldn't run away.
She said: 'I took the photographs of the two chipmunks in Port Credit.
'I have been taking pictures of hungry chipmunks for several years and have named these two Mimi and Alvin.
'Most of the pictures show Mimi eating unsalted shelled peanuts.

'The chipmunks usually store the peanuts in their pouches and carry them away to their burrows for storage.'
Phyllis, a retired broker, added: 'Sometimes the chipmunks managed to eat a few of the nuts in between carrying them to their burrows.
'They are very quick and I love to watch them.
'It is great how close you can get to them, and they don't seem to mind - as long as you're quiet.'
