Video shows panda rolling around at Chengdu Research Base in China

Pandas are known as one of the most playful and fun-loving creatures in the world.

And this rare bear is no exception rolling around wrapped up in a ball in a yoga pose most humans would struggle to match.

The cute creature is captured at the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding in Sichuan, China, showing off its skills to a live audience.

In the video, posted on Tuesday, the panda is unable to resist the sudden urge to grab its legs and turn itself into a fluffy black and white ball.

With a remarkable degree of flexibility the bear manages a couple of rolls before it breaks the pose and lies down on its back.

The short clip was uploaded by iPanda to their YouTube channel.
