Manchester City captain Vincent Kompany has posted a video documenting his rehabilitation from the calf injury that wrecked the first half of his season.
The first of three 90-second clips, posted on the Belgian defender's Facebook page, shows Kompany undergoing detox therapy in Italy before hitting the gym to rebuild his strength under the supervision of City's medical staff.
Kompany is seen leaping into a swimming pool and lying in a mud bath, before working out on a cross-trainer, stretching and juggling a football in the gym.
