A policeman used a number plate recognition camera to photograph a woman's cleavage, a misconduct hearing was told.
Humberside officer PC David Smith is accused of taking the photos after parking outside the Swing Gate pub, in Bradford, West Yorkshire in October 2011.
The hearing was told PC Smith used the automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) camera to 'zoom in to get closer footage of a woman's cleavage' while she was sitting in the pub beer garden.
The officer allegedly used a camera thought to be like this one to film a woman as she sat in a beer garden
He is then alleged to have taken still images of the woman and downloaded them onto his personal computer.
PC Smith, who worked in the Yorkshire and Humber regional roads policing team at the time of the alleged incident, denies five counts of misconduct.
PC Smith is also accused of taking video footage of a young woman in Harrogate police station and downloading it onto his personal computer and external hard drive in 2012.
The misconduct hearing in Hull heard he was workint at the police station and used the video on his mobile phone to record the foyer area.
He is then said to have 'framed' and 'settled' the device on a young woman sitting in the public area of the station.
The panel heard there was no policing reason for PC Smith to deliberately record the image of the woman.
The incident happend at the Swing Gate pub in Bradford, West Yorkshire in October 2011.
In a separate incident in November 2012, PC Smith is alleged to have used an automatic number plate recognition camera to replace images of registration plates with offensive words describing male and female genitalia.
The hearing was told PC Smith's actions were 'not what the public expect of the behaviour of a police officer' and 'on no analysis deemed funny'.
PC Smith is also alleged to have downloaded movie clips from an onboard police vehicle camera and a photograph of a bus parked in the street with no insurance, both without a 'policing purpose'.
The hearing heard the alleged offences against PC Smith 'provided the panel with a window into the life of an officer with a disrespectful attitude'.
PC Smith denies the charges. The hearing continues.
