The huge Georgian-style property in Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands, used to belong to Aston Villa ace Gabby Agbonlahor. It is believed to have been recently bought by a young businessman.

Agbonlahor and his family moved into Good Heart House shortly after it was built in 2013. It was put on the market by Aston Knowles Estate Agents for £3.2m.
